www.4wheelplay.co.uk was successfully launched by Car Shop Pitstop on 12th August 2006 - on schedule and on budget.

The launch was celebrated at the Greenfield branch where a trade day was held together with a car comp for the local modifying enthusiasts

The day was great fun and was made even better by www.miniaddicts.co.uk coming along and showing off their minis! Thanks to all those who came along, it really made a difference.

Thanks to the support of many of our suppliers we were able to offer some real one off bargains on the day! Autoglym came along, together with NGK, Cataclean, Protek Tools and Saxon.

Each trade rep took the lead in judging the car comp across the following classes:

1. Interior and Exterior Styling,
2. I.C.E.
3. Performance Modifications
4. It's Unique
5. Overall Best in Comp

There were some good quality entrants (and some not so good), but importantly it gave all the opportunity to get together and discuss what they best -- modding!

All those who won their class were awarded a framed certificate and an Auto Glym Collection Valet Case.

Overall best in show was also awarded a framed certificate and a gift voucher to spend £250 at any of the shops or on the 4WheelPlay web site.
